摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration of an electro-optic device, a method for manufacturing an electro-optic device, and electronic equipment, in which a frame region is more suppressed and excessive wet-spreading of a resin material more than necessary or fluctuations of wet-spreading are suppressed.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 1 includes: an element substrate 10 having a first surface 10a; a light-emitting element 27 which is disposed in a light-emitting region E on the first surface 10a; a frame 42 which is disposed on the first surface 10a and along an outer circumference of the light-emitting region E so as to partially overlap the light-emitting element 27 and which has an inner circumference end 42b and an outer circumference end 42c located between the inner circumference end 42b and an end 10c of the element substrate 10; a first resin layer 44 which is disposed inside the outer circumference end 42c of the frame 42 on the first surface 10a and disposed to at least partially overlapping the light-emitting element 27; a second resin layer 46 which is disposed on the first resin layer 44; and a counter substrate 48 which is disposed on the second resin layer 46 to oppose to the first surface 10a.
