ON-VEHICLE ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE, AND STRUCTURE OF BOBBIN AND STATOR CORE OF MOTOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a structure of bobbins 3 and stator cores 2 used for an on-vehicle rotary electric machine and a motor system.SOLUTION: Stator cores 2 of an on-vehicle rotary electric machine each have teeth tip shapes on the inner diameter side, and the teeth tip shapes each have a first roundness 2c, second roundness 2b, and connection roundness 2d so that the stator cores 2 are fit to bobbins 3 not in an edge shape but in a smooth shape connected by these roundnesses. Thus the interference between the edges of teeth corner parts and the bobbins 3 is eliminated, and thereby improving the insertion property of the stator cores 2 and bobbins 3 and preventing the occurrence of contamination at the time of the insertion.
