摘要 The present invention is designed to provide a radio communication system, a radio base station apparatus and a radio communication method which can realize high transmission rate while reducing the calculation load involved in CoMP scheduling. The present invention provides a radio communication system including a plurality of radio base station apparatuses and a user terminal that is configured to be able to perform coordinated multiple point transmission/reception with the plurality of radio base station apparatuses, and, in this radio communication system: the radio base station apparatus has: an operation section (420) that calculates the priority of a pattern to be a candidate for radio resource allocation, which is determined based on candidate cell information that is reported from the user terminal and that shows a candidate of a cell to perform coordinated multiple point transmission; and a scheduling section (421) that executes scheduling based on the priority calculated in the operation section; and the user terminal has: a reporting section that reports the candidate cell information to the radio base station apparatus.
