The cylindrical bodies include cylinder holes 502D, 512D and 522D corresponding to outer diameters of the pin members successively from the outermost peripheral pin members of the seal pins. In the case of sealing, an adhesive agent is applied between the outermost peripheral pin member and the cylinder hole, the outermost peripheral pin member fixed to the cylinder body is left in the case of unsealing, and the seal pins are taken out by cutting the connection part.
