<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of hot water used for rinsing with the hot water and thermal energy required to produce the hot water, when injecting acid beverage into a bottle.SOLUTION: A bottle 1 is formed from a heated preform 6 by blow molding. While heat applied to the preform remains, mist or gas of hydrogen peroxide is supplied into the bottle so that the hydrogen peroxide contacts an internal surface of the bottle. Subsequently, hot water with temperature of 70°C or higher is supplied for 0.2 sec or longer, thereby bringing the hot water into contact with the internal surface of the bottle. After this, acid beverage is injected into the bottle and the bottle is sealed.</p> |
