摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that is able to improve game amusement by carrying out a suggestive performance relating to a big prize game, prior to the start of the big prize game.SOLUTION: When "a small prize" is won as a result of a second special pattern determination, a performance is carried out during the variation of the second special pattern so as to indicate that the game state is close to a big prize game. Specifically, such a performance in which an ally character is running after a balloon with a letter V written on it, and is about to catch it, is shown on a liquid crystal display device 5 (see (A)). In a first type of big prize when a direct strike big prize is won in the second special pattern determination, the same performance as the above can be carried out during the variation of the second special pattern. Further, at a predetermined rate, a performance indicating that a game is controlled in a shortened-time game state after the big prize game is carried out. Specifically, a performance in which a balloon with "CONTINUE RUSH", instead of "V", written on it is run after, is shown on the liquid crystal display device 5 (see (C)).</p>
