<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable which can be fixed firmly while securing good electrical connection to a wiring board.SOLUTION: In a flat cable, an insulation film is adhered to both arrangement surfaces of a plurality of straight-angle conductors 2 arranged on a flat surface, and each straight-angle conductor 2 is exposed from both-side insulation films at lease at one end. A connection part 11 is formed by adhering a reinforcing base material 14 from one surface side to the exposed straight-angle conductor 2. The reinforcing base material 14 has an adhesive layer 16 on the side to be adhered to the straight-angle conductor 2, and the straight-angle conductor 2 is sunk into the adhesive layer 16. The thickness Ts of the adhesive layer is 70% or more of the thickness Th of the straight-angle conductor 2. In an exposed part E, a conductive paste 15 is provided in a part, in the longitudinal direction, of the straight-angle conductor 2, and adhesive resins 18 are provided on the base material with a length nearly equal to the length Lp of the conductive paste 15 along the straight-angle conductor 2 in such a way as to hold the conductive paste 15 between them.</p> |
