PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device of a system containing a nonlinear element capable of preventing occurrence of a spike that may cause noise at a simulation analysis using an implicit Runge Kutta method.SOLUTION: An analysis device of a system containing a nonlinear element which analyzes a system having a nonlinear element with an implicit Runge Kutta method, includes a characteristic compensation means 3A which uses a characteristic in which a characteristic of a nonlinear element is reduced to specified quantity only for calculation of a first stage so that an operating point may be on a characteristic curve of the nonlinear element.
