An organic light-emitting display apparatus including a thin film transistor including a gate electrode, an active layer insulated from the gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode insulated from the gate electrode and contacting the active layer, and an insulating layer disposed between the source and drain electrodes and the active layer. The organic light-emitting display apparatus further includes an organic light-emitting diode including a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic light-emitting diode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The drain electrode overlaps with a ortion of the organic light-emitting diode.

1. An organic light-emitting display apparatus comprising:
a thin film transistor comprising a gate electrode, an active layer insulated from the gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode insulated from the gate electrode and contacting the active layer, and an insulating layer disposed between the source and drain electrodes and the active layer; and an organic light-emitting diode comprising a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the organic light emitting diode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor, wherein the drain electrode overlaps with a portion of the organic light-emitting diode.
