The fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine is provided with a fuel injection valve (11) that directly injects fuel into a cylinder, the fuel injection valve has a slit-shaped injection opening (32), and the fuel injection control device can selectively execute full lift injection control and partial lift injection control.
