The present invention relates to a toilet stool auxiliary apparatus for the old and the infirm and, more specifically, to a toilet stool auxiliary apparatus for the old and the infirm, which allows the seat to be slantly tilted without a great force, using changes in a user′s center of gravity and the principles of the lever, when the user stands up after using the toilet, and can provide the convenience of the old and the infirm or arthritis patients whose legs are weak by minimizing load acting on the joint of the knee when the user stands up by the seat which is slantly tilted. According to the present invention, the toilet stool auxiliary apparatus for the old and the infirm includes: a toilet body which treats urine and feces; a toilet seat section which includes a support frame built on the ground to surround the toilet body, and a seat having a front end portion hinge-connected to the support frame with a hinge shaft at a position of an upper part of the toilet body; and a tilting driving section which rotates the seat with the hinge shaft as center of rotation such that a rear end portion of the seat can be slantly tilted while being lifted up from the toilet body when a user stands up. The tilting driving section includes a rotating rod slantly connected from the front end portion of the seat to a lower part of the front to be integrally rotated with the seat; and a foothold provided on a lower end portion of the rotating rod to seat the user′s feet such that a force can be applied to the rotating rod in a direction where the rotating rod is rotated to the rear according to changes in the user′s center of gravity when the user stands up from the seat. |
