<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an injectable microgel to treat ischemic disease which comprises the steps of: preparing a suspension by mixing late endothelial progenitor cells with RGD-alginate solution; adding vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF) and hepatocyte growth factors (HGF) to the suspension; and electrospraying the suspension. The injectable microgel increases the survival of the vascular treatment cells such as the late endothelial progenitor cells, and continuously releases the vascular growth factors such as VEGF and HGF contained in the microgel; thereby exerting even greater angiogenic effects.</p> |
