FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: device for heat treatment of bulk materials comprises a rotary drum, a drive, a gear, an adjustable screw rack, a rotating bearing, a hollow shaft, perforated turns of the box screw, a rear rack with a rotating bearing housing. The rotary drum comprises an outer casing, which is the race for bearing and inner longitudinal flanges to avoid slippage of the processed material on a smooth cylindrical surface. The hollow shaft has an inlet diffuser and the longitudinal helical windows for feeding the heat agent into the cavities of perforated turns of the box screw. The turns of the box screw are arranged at a natural angle of repose of the bulk material to the cylindrical surface of the rotary drum and ensure the formation of the fluidised bed. The device is also provided with a loading and a discharging window.EFFECT: device for heat treatment of bulk materials enables to improve significantly the quality of heat treatment of bulk materials.2 dwg |
