PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device control apparatus, a device control method and a device control system, which can perform appropriate control on a competing device.SOLUTION: A device control apparatus comprises: device control request reception means for receiving a request for controlling a control device from a service and notifying competing device information acquisition means of request details; the competing device information acquisition means for acquiring a competing device from operation sensor change information to acquire an operation state of the competing device from device operation information and causing device control means to control the competing device when determining that the competing device competes with the control device; and device control means for controlling the control device according to the request details. |
