PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container storage system which is simple and inexpensive, uses a minimum floor space, and enables high density container storage near a processing tool.SOLUTION: A storage system (100) of the invention includes a storage system assembly (100b) positioned so as to be higher than a height of a tool (135). The storage system assembly includes multiple storage shelves (110). Each storage shelf includes a shelf plate (120) including a shelf feature part (122) for supporting a container (130), is coupled to a belt (111) to move in a horizontal direction, and is guided to a given position being coupled to a rail (112). The storage system assembly includes a motor (113) which is coupled to a drive pulley (114) so as to move the belt. The respective storage shelves move together to the given position along the rail. The rail includes several linear parts (112a) and several non-linear parts (112b) which form a loop. |
