The invention relates to a novel method for the synthesis, in a single reaction or in a double reaction, of compositions for animal feed, comprising salts of organic acids selected from formic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, valerianic acid, lauric acid, benzoic acid, caprylic or capric acid, protected by soaps rich in fatty acids present in vegetable fats. The invention also relates to said compositions for animal feed, which comprise the salts of said organic acids protected by the soaps, to the use thereof in animal feed, especially in monogastric animals, and to the food or fodder itself comprising the compositions described in the invention. |
