FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to shaping, and can be used for production of folded structures in aircraft and ship building, construction, etc. Sheet blank is placed on elastic female die and displaced vertically in preset sections of bending to punch it by male die that presses said blank in female die to get raised pattern with dihedral angles. Note here that said blank deformed irregularly. Three sections are isolated according to deformation pattern. At first section abutting of male die on one side and, on opposite side, on elastic female die, variable-depth blank is produced. At second section, constant-depth sheet blank is produced by squeezing on one side by male die and, on opposite side, by female die. At third section, invariable-depth sheet is produced and bent on one side only by female die. Male die is pressed in female die unless sheet necking at first section zone reaches maximum permissible value of 30%. Note here that male die penetration in female die does not exceed 25-30% of its depth.EFFECT: higher accuracy.2 dwg |
