ULTRA-HIGH STRENGTH COLD-ROLLED CORTEN STEEL PLATE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING SAME
摘要
An ultra-high strength cold-rolled corten steel plate has chemical elements with weight percents as follows: C: 0.05% to 0.16%; Mn: 1.00% to 2.20%; Al: 0.02% to 0.06%; Cu: 0.20% to 0.40%; Cr: 0.40% to 0.60%; Ti: 0.015 wt% to 0.035 wt%; P ≥ 0.03%; 0.19% < C + Mn/16 < 0.23% being met; the remaining being Fe and other unavoidable purities. A method of fabricating the ultra-high strength cold-rolled corten steel plate comprises the following steps: smelting; heating and temperature keeping; hot rolling; coiling; acid washing; cold rolling; and continuous annealing and leveling. The ultra-high strength cold-rolled corten steel plate has relatively high strength, yield strength > 700 MPa, and tensile strength > 1000 MPa; has desirable weathering performance; has small thickness to meet thinning and weight reducing demands of steel structure pieces; has desirable steel flatness and surface quality.
