Provided are: a motor having a small number of components, the motor being endowed with waterproof performance by a low-cost method. Also provided are a positioning device that is driven to a certain position using the motor, and a conveyance device. The motor (A) is provided with a column-shaped motor body (1) in which is formed a center hole (11) passing through in the axial direction, and a housing (2) for accommodating the motor body (1). The housing (2) comprises: a cylindrical part (21) for covering the outer circumferential surface of the motor body (1); a rotation output unit (22) provided on the upper side in the axial direction of the cylindrical part (21), the rotation output unit (22) being fixed to rotating bodies (51, 41) of the motor body (1); and a fixed part (23) provided on the lower side in the axial direction of the cylindrical part (21), the fixed part (23) being fixed to fixed bodies (52, 42) of the motor body (1). The housing (2) is sealed by a sealing mechanism (10) at only one location in the axial direction of the cylindrical part (21).
