The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing cancer using phospholipid, and, specifically, can be useful in determining whether or not a tissue is malignant by measuring and applying standardized peak intensity values for a positive ion mode in the range of m/z 798.0-799.0 or phosphatidylcholine 34:1 [M+K]+(m/z: 798.6), a positive ion mode in the range of m/z 524.0-525.0 or lysophosphatidylserine 18:1 [M+H]+(m/z: 524.4), and a positive ion mode in the range of m/z 518.0-519.0 or lysophosphatidylcholine 18:3 [M+H]+(m/z: 518.4), respectively, using a lipid MALDI MS analysis in a biopsy tissue on which accurate diagnosis is difficult to perform through the existing pathological method. |
