<p>The present invention realizes a metal structure which has uniform conductivity and excellent flexibility and reduces a stress even when there is a deformation such as a stretching or warpage in a direction. The present invention relates to a flexible conductive metal structure which is manufactured corresponding to required various physical properties and is simply, cheaply, and quickly manufactured and a manufacturing method thereof. A flexible conductive metal structure according to the present invention has a protrusion part of nanounit which protrudes upwards and arranged and connected in a lateral direction. A method of manufacturing a flexible conductive metal structure according to the present invention includes (a) a step of forming a mold body by arranging a mold material of nanounit in the upper part of a substrate; (b) a step of forming a flexible conductive metal structure by depositing a material including a flexible conductive metal in the upper part of the mold body; and (c) a step of removing the mold body.</p> |
