PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video output device or the like capable of automatically outputting a video viewed in a discretionary visual line direction from an eye point moving on a pre-designed route within a previously shot space, and further capable of presenting a video having continuity before and after a branch point on the route.SOLUTION: A video output device 1 reads in tour data 34, and reads in one piece of command information 35 of the tour data 34. The command type of the command information 35 is classified and, if the command type is a view state, a frame picture corresponding to an eye point position 30 indicated by the command information is specified from an omnidirectional picture sequence, and a visual field picture corresponding to a visual line direction 31 is generated. If the command information contains a text ID or a picture ID, a visual field picture synthesized, from a corresponding character string or image picture, at a transmissivity held by the command information 35 is outputted. The command information 35 is read in successively in a prescribed sequence, and corresponding visual field pictures are outputted as a video. |
