A communication control method according to a first aspect of the invention comprises: a step (A) in which a user terminal, which supports a cellular communication and a WLAN communication, acquires access point location information related to the geographical location of a WLAN access point; a step (B) in which the user terminal transmits the access point location information to a cellular network; and a step (C) in which a cellular base station included in the cellular network acquires the access point location information.
