Disclosed are a method and device for switching incoming call alert states, and a mobile terminal, the method comprising: when a mobile terminal is in non-silent alert state for an incoming call, determining whether the touch screen of the mobile terminal receives large-area touch, the touch area of the large-area touch being greater than a preset area threshold; if yes, then switching the non-silent alert state for an incoming call of the mobile terminal to the silent alert state for an incoming call. The present invention better satisfies user requirements, improves user experience, and effectively reduces the power consumption of a terminal. |
