A display panel comprises an array substrate. The array substrate comprises gate lines and data lines disposed in a transversely and longitudinally intersected manner, and a thin film transistor in an intersected region of the gate lines and the data lies. The display panel also comprises a color film substrate cell-aligned with the array substrate, and a spacer located between the array substrate and the color film substrate. A contacting surface between the spacer and the array substrate is located a gate line region and/or a data line region beyond a thin film transistor region. Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing the display panel and a display apparatus comprising the display panel.
