1. An aesthetic or clothing accessory comprising:
an element connected to a mounting, a support for the mounting of the element, and a means for holding for the accessory on a garment or part of the body, the means for holding for the accessory being connected to the support, the mounting being mounted to move along a closed loop path about an X-X axis, the accessory being characterized in that the support has a housing whose shape corresponds to the movement path of the mounting, and a groove adjacent the housing so that it opens up in a direction toward the mounting provided with the element, the mounting being moveably mounted by an arm radial to the X-X axis, and of which a first end is connected to the mounting and a second end is engaged in the aforementioned housing through the groove.
