The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet comprising a carbon composite fiber manufactured by electrospinning and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, the sheet comprising: a carbon composite fiber having a core-shell structure composed of an external shell comprising carbon fibers, and a core comprising metal nanoparticles arranged in a lengthwise direction of the fibers thereinside; and a resin. The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet can prevent oxidation of the metal and secure conductivity in the lengthwise direction of the carbon fibers by arranging the metal nanoparticles inside the carbon fibers as electromagnetic wave shielding materials, and thus the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet can be applied as an electromagnetic wave shielding material in various industrial fields.
