The display panel comprises a display area (11) and a non-display area (12) disposed at the periphery of the display area (11). A first spacer (13) is arranged in the non-display area (12); a second spacer (16) is arranged in the display area (11). After the first substrate (10) and the second substrate (14) are oppositely arranged to form a liquid crystal cell, the first spacer (13) and the second spacer (16) are sustained between the first substrate (10) and the second substrate (14), and a liquid crystal cell in the non-display area (12) is thinner than a liquid crystal cell in the display area (11).</p>
