<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for remedy or prevention of immune suppression and inflammatory, allergic and autoimmune diseases which is effective against diseases and disorders untreatable or almost untreatable at present, has a new action mechanism and is orally usable and/or causes fewer side effects.SOLUTION: Compounds of formulae (I) and (VI) and their pharmacologically acceptable salts, solvated compounds, clathrate compounds and prodrugs are provided. R, R, Z, L and n are as defined in the specification. These compounds are effective as immunosuppressants and in remedy and prevention of inflammatory, allergic and immune diseases.</p> |
