<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station which can distribute area content data to a radio terminal while suppressing increase of load in a content management server and a back-haul network.SOLUTION: A radio base station 100 comprises: a radio communication unit 110 which performs communication with a radio terminal 200; a storage unit 130 which stores local content data specific to a local area in which the radio base station 100 is installed; and a control unit 140 which, when a predetermined distribution condition is satisfied, controls the radio communication unit 110 to distribute the local content data stored in the storage unit 130 to the radio terminal 200.</p> |
