The control device (16) comprises: - a communication module communicating with a control entity for controlling data transfer (17) in order to trigger the selection by this entity of a data transfer gateway (15A) and obtain, from same, communication parameters to use during a communication session between a terminal (11) connected to a base station (14A) and an interconnect gateway (13) connected to a PDN network (12); - a control module (16A) for controlling the base station via a processing rule to apply to data related to the session and comprising communication parameters to use during the session between the base station and the transfer gateway; and - a control module (16B) for controlling the transfer gateway via a processing rule to apply to data related to the session and comprising communication parameters to be used during the session between the transfer gateway and the interconnect gateway.
