PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide welding equipment which performs longitudinal-direction fillet welding on a cross portion of two erected steel plates. SOLUTION: The welding equipment A includes: a plate-like rail 1 in which a magnet 2 is provided on one surface and a rack 3 is provided on the other; a truck 5 in which a rotatable pinion 4 is engaged with the rack 3 and allowed to reciprocally travel along the plate-like rail 1; and a welding torch 6 mounted on the truck 5. The welding equipment further includes: an abutting member 11 which is arranged on one longitudinal-direction end of the plate-like rail 1, and which has on the fore end of the abutting member a recess 11a for avoiding a weld bead; a hanger 12 which is arranged on the other longitudinal-direction end side of the plate-like rail 1, and has on the fore end of the hanger a hook 12a for hooking hoses and cables 17, 18; and two dogs 13, 14 which are attached to the holes 1a selected from a plurality of holes 1a formed in the plate-like rail 1 along the rack 3 to regulate the traveling limit of the truck 5.
