PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plainly display a 3D road map. SOLUTION: A side surface image searching part 53 of a 3D road map display control part 50 is constituted so as to acquire the present arm position to search an image different in the arm position from the present arm position by 90 degrees from an image data memory part 13 as a side surface image and a 3D road map processing part 54 displays the 3D road map image on a perspective monitor 34a while a side surface image display control part 55 displays the side surface image on a reference monitor 34b on the basis of the indication of the 3D road map processing part 54.
