PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for suppressing the lowering of the image quality of an integrated image when a plurality of tomographic images are integrated to form the integrated image. SOLUTION: This image processor includes: a tomographic image acquiring part 110 for acquiring a plurality of the tomographic images obtained by internally photographing a specimen; a photographing azimuth acquiring part 120 for acquiring photographing azimuths in photographing of the tomographic images with respect to a plurality of the respective tomographic images acquired in the tomographic image acquiring part 110; and an image forming part 150 forming the integrated image by performing the integration processing of a plurality of the tomographic images acquired in the tomographic image acquiring part 110 on the basis of the respective photographing azimuths acquired with respect to the tomographic images in the photographing azimuth acquiring part 120.
