PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation noise of an electric motor mounted in a reduction gear box without affecting a rotation order component of the electric motor by preventing falling behavior of the electric motor. SOLUTION: Five attachment holes are disposed in a case flange part 30a provided in the opening edge of a motor case 30. The motor case 30 and the motor attachment part 17 of a reduction gear box are screwed and coupled together at the three of the five holes, and the motor case 30 and a flange member 31 are screwed and coupled together at the other two holes.
