The light guide unit according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a base substrate; an LED array mounted on the base substrate; a light guide unit outputting the light emitted from the LED array; and a multi-phase forming unit which is coupled to the light guide unit to amplify the phase of a light source to multiple phases. |
