The floating photovoltaic system is characterized in that: an external frame of a″��Prime; shape is bent toward the outside of a bottom plate to have a circle shape while floating, on the water, the bottom plate having a solar cell array installed in the upper surface thereof using a floating container; a semi-circular support frame is included to cover a half the outside of the bottom plate; a rotation means to rotate the bottom plate is installed on the support frame; the support frame is coupled to be linked each other; and the support frame is fixed on the ground and is allowed to be vertically used according to the water level.
