The present invention relates to a container cap having a pipette capable of being automatically charged with cosmetic liquid. The container cap comprises: a cylindrical member (51) having an open upper part and an open lower part; a pipette (52) in which a cylinder (52e) protrudes upward between a hole (52a) and an arc plate; a push button (53) which includes a bottom surface (53c), seated between the arc plate (52d) and the cylinder (52e) of the pipette (52), and a top surface (53d) formed in the circular shape above the corrugated part (53b); and a cylindrical cover member (54) having a discharging hole (54a) formed on the center of an upper side thereof. When the push button, protruding upward, is pressed, the cosmetic liquid is discharged drop by drop.
