Provided are an complex optical sheet, method of fabricating the same, and a light source assembly including the complex optical sheet. The complex optical sheet comprises: a base material; a light-shielding layer which is formed in the lower surface of the base material and contains a binder and, and organic particles and inorganic particles dispersed in the binder; a first optical pattern layer which is formed on the upper surface of the base material and contains an indented part and a recess part; and a second optical pattern layer which is disposed on the upper part of the first optical pattern layer, and connected by which the recess part of the first optical pattern layer is fused and penetrated via a lower surface, wherein a lower refractive region than the first optical pattern layer and the second optical pattern layer is defined between the lower surface of the second optical pattern layer and the indented part of the first optical pattern layer.
