The present invention relates to a composition including a mixture of sophoraflavanone G and a red ginseng extract as active ingredients and, more specifically, to a composition to prevent, improve or treat dental caries and periodontal disease which makes synergistic effects when sophoraflavanone G and red ginseng extracts are mixed. The composition of the present invention has the efficacy of inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacterium of dental caries and periodontal disease when processing each 0.5 minimum inhibiting concentration value of sophoraflavanone G and red ginseng extract. The present invention relates to the composition to prevent, improve or treat dental caries and periodontal disease wherein the mixture of sophoraflavanone G and red ginseng extract is mixed with antibacterial materials like ampicillin and gentamicin.
