The present invention relates to a game method and system using a track ball. The game method according to the present invention comprises the following steps of receiving a first angle and a first speed for pulling the track ball backward; receiving a second angle and a second speed for pushing the track ball forward; determining the bending direction of the track ball and the rotational force of the track ball, using the first angle and the first speed; and determining the departure angle of the track ball and the speed of the track ball, using the second angle and the second speed. According to the present invention, the bending direction, rotational force, and departure angle of the track ball are changed according to the angle and speed of pulling the track ball backward or pushing the track ball forward. Therefore, movement of the track ball can be precisely controlled.
