The present invention relates to an organic matter cleanser using effective microorganism (EM). The organic matter cleanser is to clean objects contaminated by organic matters and comprises: a box-shaped cleansing room having a drain hole formed at the center of the bottom; an EM tank for microbiologically decomposing the organic matters using a solution in which a cleansing solution introduced through the drain hole at the bottom of the box-shaped cleansing room and an put EM solution are mixed; and an EM tank cover serving as a cover for connecting the cleansing room and the tank, and having an internal upper surface formed in parallel with a direction of an exhaust hole with a curved uneven structure formed on the lateral surface, an inclined structure to obtain a larger space toward the exhaust hole, and a through-hole connected to the drain hole at the center. According to the present invention, the organic matter cleanser has the EM tank cover for efficiently discharging odor gas generated by the decomposition of the organic matters using the EM, and a simple structure for generating environmental conditions to promote the decomposition of the organic matters using the EM.
