<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of filter media including deodorant powders, wherein the filter media can be used for a cabin air filter of a vehicle, a filter for air conditioning or air cleaning, etc. The manufacturing method of the filter media in the present invention comprises (S1) a lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric unrolling step of unrolling a rolled lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric; (S2) a spike surface treatment step of treating the upper surface of the lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric which has been unrolled by rotating a spike roller which is provided to be rotatable and has a plurality of spikes on the outer surface; (S3) a first hot melt spraying step of spraying a molten holt melt resin onto the upper surface of the lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric; (S4) a deodorant powder scattering step of scattering deodorant powders over the upper surface of the lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric which has been sprayed with the hot melt resin; (S5) a second hot melt spraying step of spraying a molten holt melt resin onto the upper surface of the lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric which has been scattered with the deodorant powders; and (S6) a nonwoven fabric laminating step of supplying an upper filtration layer nonwoven fabric to the upper surface of the lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric which has been sprayed with the hot melt resin and performing a pressing process to laminate the lower filtration layer nonwoven fabric and the upper filtration layer nonwoven fabric. According to the manufacturing method in the present invention, the method allows the manufacture of filter media which includes deodorant powders uniformly fixed to nonwoven fabric and has improved air permeability.</p> |
