<p>An offshore pile and a pile sleeve interfacing system comprises an offshore pile interface plate 30, 66 comprising a protrusion 31, 72 and a pile sleeve interface ring 20, 68 comprising a recess 70 located on a shoulder member protruding from an inner wall of the ring. The protrusion is rectangular in shape and comprises a top load bearing surface 73. The recess 70 is rectangular in shape and comprises a bottom load bearing surface 71. In use the interface plate 30, 66 is rotated relative to the interface ring 20, 68 and the protrusion 31, 72 of the interface plate 30, 66 locates within the recess 70 of the interface ring 20, 68. The top load bearing surface 73 of the protrusion cooperates with the bottom load bearing surface 71 of the recess 70. Later embodiments relate to an offshore pile interface plate and a pile sleeve interface ring.</p> |
