<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a richly-flavored packaged fruit juice beverage which is readily reduced in odd flavor expressed in a fruit juice-richly-containing beverage when sterilized or stored, and also retains natural freshness feeling of fruit juice. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage containing citrus fruit juice comprising the fruit juice-containing beverage contains citrus fruit juice having a fruit juice ratio of 30% or above and 70% or below, and sugar, and has a rate of (a) an ester substance and (b) a terpene-based carbon hydride substance ((b)/(a)) is ≤20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
