PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus preventing a vaporizer from being cooled more than required during a save operation. SOLUTION: When a room temperature reaches a set temperature+a prescribed temperature, a burner 3 is extinguished. When a temperature of the vaporizer 2 reaches a temperature higher than an operation stop temperature of an air blower 4 for combustion when a heating operation is finished, an operation of the air blower 4 is stopped. Subsequently, after the lapse of prescribed time or after the temperature of vaporizer 2 becomes lower to the prescribed temperature, an operation of an air blower 6 for convection is stopped.
