PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable L-shaped baseboard capable of preventing a gap filling board from being lifted even when wind is blown up from below after the gap filling board is developed and maintaining the folded state regardless of the direction of the gap filling board after the gap filling board is folded. SOLUTION: A foldable L-shaped baseboard comprises a baseboard body 31 and a gap filling board 36 attached to the baseboard body by means of a hinge structure, wherein a lock pin 39 that has a hook at its upper end and is vertically operable is vertically attached to the baseboard body while being provided with a downward energizing force, an angle 40 is attached at the base end of the gap filling board corresponding to the position in which the lock pin is attached, the angle is enabled to abut the lower end 39a of the lock pin when the gap filling board is developed, when the gap filling board is folded, the hook 39b of the lock pin is enabled to hook the gap filling board, whereby both developed state and folded state can be maintained.
