A range hood with minimal pressure loss and good oil collecting efficiency is provided. The range hood (1) is provided with: a fan (60) that generates a flow of air; a filter (10) that exists on the flow path of the flow of air and is upstream from the fan (60), and has holes that allow the flow of air to pass through; an electric motor (20) that rotates the filter (10); and an oil collecting member (30) that surrounds the periphery of the filter. Oil contained in the air is collected by the oil collecting member (30) due to the fan (60) generating a flow of air and the electric motor (20) rotating the filter (10). |
