PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control unit arrangement structure of a motorcycle which has a comparatively simple configuration, and always assures the accurate operation of an engine control unit. SOLUTION: The engine control unit arrangement structure includes: an engine control unit 10 used for controlling an engine; a head pipe 102 provided in a body frame front portion; a pair of right and left main frames 101 which are connected to a rear portion of the head pipe 102 and extend backward; and an air cleaner 130 arranged between the right and left main frames 101.
