PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of obtaining stable fixability at a low temperature to realize energy saving. SOLUTION: In an image formation device, a fixer application unit 18 comprising: an application roller 19; a counter roller 20; and a fixer storage part 23 that stores a fixer containing plasticizer having no function of dissolving/swelling in a toner resin in actual use environment but exhibiting the function when heated. The fixer storage part 23 is connected to a fixer mixing unit 25 and constantly supplied with a new fixer. A recording medium is applied with the fixer on an image transfer surface by the application roller 19 before a toner image is transferred. The plasticizer has no function of making a toner softened/swollen in a use environment temperature, but exhibits the function of softening/swelling when heated by a fixation means.
